Is there a way to dynamically display a recap of the position history on the people profile?

Hello all, 

Is there a standard feature (portlet, widget or configuration path) to display a recap of the position historic on the employee's people profile? 

e.g. Employee A's people profile > display a section which dynamically shows: 

- Position 3, entry date in the position, end date

- Position 2, entry date in the position, end date

- Position 1, entry date in the position, end date
