In our company, HR organizes all external trainings. Usually HR receives the certificates of those external trainings afterwards and then sends them to users via mail. Is there any way to distribute external learning certificates to users through LMS?
We don't want to create items for each external learning as these trainings usually don't happen repeatedly. We know that users can upload the certificates themselves, but that would require them receiving their certificate first.

The only option that comes to mind, as there is no item record or completion record, is to create a custom report that has external training name hard coded on the report. You can add in all the users and the certificates will be created in a PDF so that they can be distributed via email or some other manner. The LMS system though wouldn't be the one to send the certificate nor would there be a completion record on the user record for this external event.
