Is there a way to change the Offer Letter Name in Manage Documents?

Hi everyone,

When we create an offer letter in RCM and send to the candidate to accept online, a document gets created in Manage Documents with the name OfferLetter.pdf

Do you know if there is a way to change this name to show the name of the candidate?

I know this is an old post but I am answering it for others that may need it. Please refer to this KBA to change the offer letter attachment name.

In general, you can switch to english debug and see the 'key' of a certain field or option or tab and use it as reference to change the label in Manage Languages.
