Hello,
I'm wondering how other clients handle this scenario. We have an ATS that integrates with SuccessFactors for Hiring. When the integration runs and the Position reports to a vacant Higher-level manager in SF, it fails. Our ATS vendor tells us that this needs to be done on the SF side. We know how to manually roll up the Position to the next level in SF, but we were wondering if there is a systematic way to do this by creating a business rule or adding some type of setting.
