We are in an audit process and We need to know if there is a report that defines the responsibilities of SAP in ECP?

Hi Jorge, no there is no "report" but there is a document (link: link https://help.sap.com/doc/1bbba78371aa4a8f802049f9ef369655/2305/en-US/Service_Catalog_ECP_V2.8.pdf ) , which describes the responsibilities between SAP / Customer very good.
