i've discovered
the feature "Employment Differentiator"
Adding Employment Differentiators to Indicate Multiple Employments
SAP NOTES :
These seems a very good feature to solve the long lasting issue on Expatriates (Global Assignment) to identify wether the employee being listed in People Search is actually the Impatriate or the Expatriate.
Does SAP provides recommendation on which fields to include to solve these ?
My thought goes to
Employee Category
but if there is other fields that make sense for these category of employee, please share your voice.
Is there some chances some guidelines on aligning People Profile Header & Employment differentiator be done
by SAP ?
these is to avoid duplicate info being displayed and mix experience among customer base due to features arriving at different time thru the Successfactors life cycle.
