Is Rehire Action Possible via PA48?

We have SAP e-Recruiting EhP4 installed on the same instance as HCM on ECC so no ALE. We are able to Hire via PA48, but is it possible to do a Rehire via PA48 transaction or is it possible only via PA40? If it is possible could anyone direct me to documentation on the configuration or OSS Notes?

hi ram..

I think rehiring can be done in PA48. Using PA48, you would be able to select any actions you use in PA...

Thank you for your response Sanjay, but can you support your answer? We only see a 'Rehire' button when we using transaction PA48. How would other transactions be run? Is there an IMG path or documentation you could provide on how other actions, including rehire, can be executed using PA48?

Hi Bob,

No  Rehiring is not supported in E-Rec because Erec doesn't send the rehire information to PA48.
