I have created a root group and pointed it to the SAP GUI Learning Content Menu. But it starts the trainer.
Is it possible to start a desktop assistant that contains all the walkthroughs and simulations related to the main session manager screen.
The idea is to have the desktop assistant running in the background so that content relevant to the current context are presented to the user.

Hi Venkatesh,
yes, this is possible. The prerequisites are that the users have installed the SAP Enable Now App Launcher and that SSO is set up.
The URL you have to put into the SAP GUI Help Menu is the published start link for the Desktop Assistant group:
https://YOURMANAGER.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/YOURWORKAREAID/~tag/published/index.html?show=group!GR_GROUPID/.inav
With this, the DA will be downloaded and start once users click on the link. For auto-opening, please see the SAP Enable Now App Launcher Guide.
More information is also in the SAP Enable Now Desktop Component Guide.
Hope this helps, if yes please accept the answer.
Take care,
Kristina

Thanks for the reply. It works and solved my issue. The documentation (ECC Integration guide) the KB notes do not have this simple information. They are extremely confusing and not straight to the point.
