Hi
I'm working on a problem for my company regarding launching to new users who do not have access to company email addresses.
The users are employed by the group and do not consent to their personal emails being used. This presented me with a problem as to how I can send the password set URL to those users without the notification.
I've looked at assigning passwords to the users in groups and sending providing their User ID's so they can log in. This presents a security risk so I'm looking at other options.
Can you please give advice on if there are any workarounds?
Thanks
Nick
Request clarification before answering.
Only other option I can think of is a SMS text given they have their cell/smart phone number stored. The text could have the link in it or a code to use for reset on a "generic" reset page where the code would "link" to them (likely a custom table or something).
