Is it possible to have exit interview in offboarding without using qualtrics?

My customer would like to have an exit interview. (a form with several questions that needs to be filled by the employee when he leaves the company).

It seems that currently exit interview process is not supported in Offboarding and that the only way is to subsribe to a qualtrics licence but i was wondering if we could have another way to do it or if qualtrics is mandatory.

Hi Laura,

For default integration is not possible, because the only option is with Qualtrics. You can resolve with other solutions not SAP, for example that customer have a survey system external and additional create an offboarding notification that send to offboardee to complete outside of SuccessFactors. Or maybe that can create a section in home page that can be visible to the offboardee when the finish your process.
