Is it possible to have 2 job specific competency in 1 PM template with same competencies?

Workflow : objective setting - 1:1 Discussion - Reviewing manager - acknowledgment - Mid year self assessment - manager mid year assessment - Reviewing.M - Employee Ack - Year end self assessment - Manager year end assessment

I have 4 sections in the template:

2 Objectives (1 midyear - 1 year end)
2 Competencies (1 midyear - 1 year end) both section should have same competencies and to populate by default according to the role, but 1 is rated at the mid year and one at the year end. (Based on role mapping)

This should be possible, as you can certainly have more than one competency section in a form.  There may be other ways to achieve the desired requirement though, such as using custom fields in the section.
