​Is it possible to add help text in LMS?

Dear All,

Is it possible to add help text in LMS? More precisely on the screen that appears for the admin user when he is adding items to the user history (Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses)

The only possible and available Help is the one at the right corner of the page (screenshot below). Besides that, there is no other help possible.
