We are in the process of evaluating e-Signature options for our Global RCM/ONB Implementation. We currently use DocuSign Simple Electronic Signature (SES) with RCM for offer and click to sign in ONB 1.0 (US Only).
We want to use the same e-signature functionality across both modules and have heard from discussions so far that AES/QES e-signature types is more acceptable in EU and UK and considered to be equivalent of a wet signature than just a Simple Electronic Signature (SE) considering it requires a higher level of identity authentication (digital certificate issue by TSP or face to face id verification).
Has anyone implemented AES/QES via the standard DocuSign integration that we have with RCM and ONB 2.0 and can share their experience. I understand the verification part would be in DocuSign but wanted to know more about whether the redirect between both systems (SF & DoucSign) is seamless irrespective of the type of e-signature option you use with the standard DocSign integration and what is the experience of the candidates that have used it.
Thanks in advance.
