Is anyone having issues with learning items not opening?

We have CBTs created with a few content objects and we are finding some do not open, but only for some coworkers. Other coworkers at the same location and device can open the training without issue. This seems to be happening since using the new Adobe Captivate to create the trainings.

Hi Mike, we are currently experiencing something similar after making a set of elearning modules with Adobe Captivate. I'd be happy to chat in more detail and share some screenshots of the issue - essentially the user click 'Launch Content' and the pop up box opens but the content never loads. But it doesn't affect everyone. My assumption was it the file size originally but we can't find any theme, pattern or commonality between those users where is does work and those where it doesn't! Hi Emily,

It sounds exactly the same as our issue. I would like to chat about this further with you. We did find that when the pop up window is blank and will not load the training, that a URL for a different training appears. SAP support was able to duplicate this and the engineering team is looking into it.
