Irrelevant content getting displayed in SAP Enable Now Desktop Assistant

Hello Community,

We are facing a issue where in Desktop assistant is showing irrelevant content for example when we are in Transaction Code VA02 to change sales order desktop assistant is also showing guided tours and concurrent mode for QM02 transaction.

Please help how we can rectify this.

Hi Vaibhav,

this can have two reasons:

1. The QM02 recording contains screens in the VA02 transaction and is deemed relevant for VA02 also.
2. The QM02 recording only contains context information which is so high level as to be relevant for all SAP GUI transactions including VA02.

So please check the context information for the relevant recording and let us know what the context is so we can assist further.

Further to Kristina's point (1) above - this sometimes happens if you have a 'drill-down' to further information in one simulation that pushes you to another transaction. (I always recommend having the transaction shown in the bar at the bottom so you can see when this happens.) If you find you do have screens for VA02 in your simulation, go to the Screen macro, and select the Rerecord > Exclude from Desktop Assistant property.
