Dear Team,
In our WFA-on-HANA instance, the investigate tool is not loading. Can you please let us know the possible causes and remediation steps?

Thanks for the sharing, could we please confirm our issue is when clicking "Start a new investigation", there is no response, and the page is stuck in loading.
1. Login to SuccessFactors and go to Workforce Analytics from the main menu.
2. In WFA click on Investigate toll from the left-hand side menu
3. Click on Start new investigation button.
4. Result: nothing happens
5. Proxy as Report Admin and do steps 1- 3 but you will notice the UI is a bit different because there are existing collections. Click New instead > Start a new Investigation.
6. Result: Same, nothing happens
If yes, this is a known issue and Engineering is working on fix, kindly raise a support case and our team will keep you update on the next action fix.
