Dear community,
we are trying to set up an off cycle event batch to update our job information based on the seniority date of the employee.
The thing is, we are receiving the following error message when it runs:
The manager {"userDisplayValue":"" userId:"NO_MANAGER"} for user 00010010 does not exist or was not yet hired as of 11/16/2024.
Our employee doesn't have any manager assigned to his profile, but if we assign an employee as a manager, we receive the same error (but mentioning the user id of the manager)
Can you help figuring out how to overcome this?
