Introduction text missing for mentees in a mentoring program after signing up

We are currently implementing mentoring programs for one of our customers and we have an issue that I hope can get some clarity on.

As you know that when signing up for a mentoring program, you will see an introduction text and then followed by questions. However after signing up if you want to go back to mentoring program we see that this introduction text is not visible for mentees but only visible for mentors. Is this the standard functionality ?
