We initiate Crossboarding in Recruiting for Jon Smith with a future hire date of Nov 1, Crossboarding triggers and his profile is updated with the new job info effective on the hire date, Crossboarding is completed - no issues.
We initiate Crossboarding in Recruiing for the same candiadte on a different req, with a future hire date of Dec 1, Crossboarding is skipped but the profile is again updated with this additional record effective on Dec 1.
Why did Crossboarding get skipped the 2nd time? The event reason in both cases is already part of the Internal Hire Config rule AND the Transfer Event rule.
