Internal error message on playbacks

Hi,

I have recently started getting this error message when I try and playback simulations I have recorded. To try and fix this I have gone into Manager, clicked on resources and then 'publish all resources' and then in Producer I make sure to choose 'start editing' on the resources. Have I troubleshooted wrong?

Hi Naz,
The issue with playback is likely related to an issue with Resources or the content templates or both. Assuming that the issue is related to playback from Manager, I would try:
1. Click on the Resources folder and then select the down arrow beside More and then select Publish All Objects
2. Click on the highest level Template folder and then repeat the publishing process

If the issue is playback in Producer, I would:

1. In Producer, click on the Resources folder and select Server Workarea > Save All Objects to Server. I'm keen to ensure that the any new Resources have been saved to the server. This should be done by all authors before Step 2
2. In Producer, click the Synchronize Workarea button; after all authors have saved all their Resources to the server
3. In Producer, click Server Workarea > Check Out Objects. Ensure that all Resources and Templates have been copied to your machine. If not select the Resources / Templates to copy to your machine and then select OK.

Try playback again. If this doesn't work, attach the error message and I will take another look.
