Internal Career Site - Direct Internal Candidates to a Search Results Page instead of the Home Page

Hello,

I have a client that is requesting that internal candidates are directed to a page that displays all of the internally posted jobs on the internal career site instead of the homepage.  More specifically, they are asking that internal candidates are directed to the search results page (for example, careers.<internalcareersite>.com/search) when they access the internal career site from SuccessFactors.  The client wants to maintain their homepage so that internal candidates can access it from the header, they just want candidates to land on the search results page that displays the internally posted jobs.  

As far as I know, this cannot be done via that standard "Careers" link from the Home Menu.  We have attempted a workaround by adding a menu option in custom navigation and also by adding a custom tile; however, when the internal candidate accesses the internal career site by clicking on one of these, it looks like the jobs posted includes all of the externally posted jobs.  In addition, if the candidate clicks My Profile, SuccessFactors prompts the user to log in again (even though the client has IAS configured....I am beginning to wonder if the standard "Careers" link in the Home Menu is taking into account IAS, but anything that we attempt to do as a workaround will not take IAS into account).  

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, what link I should use in the custom configuration and/or Home Page Tile?  For instance, is there some additional code that I can include in the URL that I configure on the custom navigation or the Home Page tile that will bring the internal candidate to the internal career site and have it function properly?  Or, is there another way to accomplish this successfully through another workaround?
