Internal Career Site behavior on SAP SF mobile application

Hi team,

I am trying to understand a bit more about Internal Career Site and the SuccessFactors mobile application. Based on some KBA I found we can now access the career tab on the mobile application and be redirected to the internal career site powered by CSB. However, when I look at some KBA about mobile application it is saying something contradictory. Please see below screenshot in pink:

Anyone knows if it is really working or not? For my client when I click on the "Launch Careers" button it will open my Safari browser and ask me to log in with Okta. However, even if I put the right credentials I am getting an error message saying "Unable to sign in". I know my credentials are accurate as I use them with no issue on my computer.
