Internal Candidates creation in Standalone E-Recruiting

Hi,

We are working on EHP 7 E-RECRUIT 617 standalone model.

All employee data from HR system has been moved to EREC system via ALE.

All NA, BP, CP etc objects are created.

1) Is it mandatory at this stage to execute RCF_CREATE_USER report again for all those employees who have been already transferred to EREC via ALE. When RCF_CREATE_USER is required to run in standalone scenario ?

2) What is the relevance of RCF_CAND_INT reference user in standalone model. How this reference user can be assigned to internal candidates in EREC system ?

3) Having transferred IT105, user id from HR system to EREC system via ALE, should I have to recreate the user ids in EREC system  in SU01?

4) What are the R/3 roles to be assigned to internal candidates to access EREC services such as Job search, job application in ESS ?

Kindly clarify these points for operational understanding.

Hi Paul,

RCF_CREATE_USER is a report mainly for test users. If you have your ALE process in place, you don't need that.

The reference user is assigned to the users automatically if you transport them via ALE.

The users will be created automatically in the ALE process.

The role assignment comes from the reference user - so that's done automatically too.
