External candidates who are applying for a role can remove their previous CV or covering letter, however, internal candidates cannot do this. This means when an internal candidate applies for a role, and they have applied for others in the past, they can only apply for the new role with the CV and Cover Letter that is already attached to their profile.
The internal and external candidates need to have the same access.
