Internal Candidate unable to search in Erec system

Hi All,

Currently i am facing a problem like, internal candidate is not searchable in Candidate Search application in Erecruitement. I have checked in the backend and found everything is fine. when i search using quick search, it is working and also i have checked SES_ADMIN seached the candiadte and it is searchable. This problem is for only one internal candiadte, Please advise me, how to solve this issue.

Share the version details, backend (incl. ERECRUIT) and TREX. You could also send screenshots demonstrating the problem, from the candidate search and SES_ADMIN.

Hello Samuli,

Even I am facing error on specific Search for Requisition Search for the Assignment of New Requisition and Candidate Search Service in EHP6. The Search displays empty result.

Could you Please let me know what configuration is missing: SLG1 Log

No candidate could be found for

The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE============CM003 line 361

Please help.

Hi Krishna,

does the candidate show up in the free search?

If so, most likely the candidate's profile is locked.  Once unlocked it becomes searchable in the candidate search as well.

Debug the method GET of ABAP class CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE. The method will accept number of parameters, see the source code in which order they are evaluated. Test with the same input as in SLG1.

Now its working for us, but not able to find the root cause. In the quick search also we can able to search. May be TOM answer will be right but not sure.

There are settings in SAP E-Recuriting -> Techinical Settings -> User Interfaces -> Candidate - Front-End Candidate/ Backend Candidate Configuration (Createing RFC and Activate Cross System Lock in Frontend System and Maintianing T77S0 RECFA UI2BL) -- is Must to do configuration for work with Candidate Search

If so what and how the configuration should be done. and Can I use same RFC ERMSS LOGSY )

Could you please help me in resolve Candidate Search.'

Hi friends,

Please help me for the issue.

When I run report RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS

There are errors i am getting as :

Search prof. type ERC_CDCY is assigned not just info category fields of type NE in Red

Search Template Group 0010

Field MAX_HITS (00000) of search application cdcycandsearch does not have entry greater than 0

Search Template Group 0013

Field MAX_HITS (00000) of search application cdcycandsearch does not have entry greater than 0

Please help.

The problem got solved, I am able to see candidates and requisitions now.

The entries missing in the table are V77RCF_SRCH_ATTC

with Entires
