Internal Candidate Profile

Hi,

We are implementing E-Rec in Ehp5. We have to make changes for Internal Candidate Profile as below.

1) Personal Data (It should be Read only mode. All fields data should fill from HR system).

2) Education/Training (It should be Read only mode. All fields data should fill from HR system).

3) Work Experiance (It should be Read only mode. All fields data should fill from HR system).

4) Qualifications (It should be Read only mode. All fields data should fill from HR system).

Preferences and Attachments can be Edit mode where Internal candidate can fill data manually.

Kindly help me in this regard.

Hi Harish,

Point 1 you can achieve with the help of T77S0 parameter RECFA HRDAT and point 4 with RECFA HRQUA but education and work experience are not transported in standard from HR to E-Recruiting.

Is there any BADI or alternate method for updating educational details and work experience in Internal candidate profile.

Hi Harish,

No, sorry. As this data has different structures in both systems, we don't transport it from one to the other and vice versa.

Kindly let me know in which system do we need to maintain the the below system parameters

1) RECFA HRDAT = X                              (HR system or E-Rec system?????)

2) RECFA HRQUA = X or EREC_VIEW     (HR system or E-Rec system?????)

I have maintained both the parameters in E-Rec system. But the qualifications data for an internal candidate is not automatically updating in "Internal Candidate Profile".

Kindly assist me in this regard.

Hi Harish,

You set these parameters in the E-Rec system.

You will need to include the qualifications also in the distributional model in your HR system so to transport it to E-Rec. You will see them afterwards in table HRP5105 for the internal candidates too.

Hi Nicole,

I have maintained the parameters in E-Rec system and also maintained the infotype 0024 for object P in distribution model. I have replicated HR master data from HR to E-Rec system.

Still qualification details are not updating in table HRP5105.

Hi Harish,

The idoc was processed without an error and the qualifications were included? How have you set switch RECFA HRQUA? Are the qualifications itself already in the E-Recruiting system (transaction OOQA)?

Hi Nicole,

I have maintained RECFA HRQUA = "X" or "EREC_VIEW".  I am able to replicate Qualification catalog and Person qualification relationship in HRP1001 from HR system to E-Rec system.

After including too many filter groups in distribution model. Now basic infotype 0006 and 0105 details are not updating in E-Rec system after replication. Even though I have included these infotypes for object "P" in distribution model. These infotypes details I am able to see in IDoc. But not updating in E-Rec system.

Earlier these infotypes(0006 and 0105) were updating, after including further filtergroups for Q and QK, now not updating.

Hi Harish,

How does your distributional model look like now? Please make sure that the qualifications itself are just transported once but the relationships from P to Q are transported all the time.
