Hello,
I am trying to add an email address to an interaction for a Banner. However, when a user clicks the interaction button it brings them to a webpage that says "mailto:email@email.com" It does not open up an email draft.
I assume it has to do with some kind of pop-up blocker setting or something. Has anyone run into this?
Kind Regards,
Steph

I did find the solution for this issue. I had to adjust a computer setting. I clicked on the "Windows" Icon, clicked "Settings", Clicked "Apps," clicked "Default Apps," and under "Email" I needed to change the default app to "Outlook." Once I did that, the email interaction in the banner worked.

@Steph_A1234, not a solution, but I ran an test in a test environment, copying the setup you mentioned, and the email draft correctly opened in the software I manage my emails. The system stands to be appropriately working.
