Intelligent Services: First time manager

Dear Experts,

Could you please help me with the "Is first time manager" event in the Intelligent Services Center? I would like to configure it but I don´t understand the logic of the rule. What should I select in the "Job Information" field? Please see my screenshot attached.

Dear m.bacskai,

The "Is first time manager" event is published after a job information change for an employee who has been assigned new direct report(s) that has never been a manager before.

You ISC rule then condition should look like the below:
