Integration of a powerpoint document

Hi,

I have imported a powerpoint document with the producer and I have pubish all pages of my document with the producer and I can't see the result in the learner view of my group.

Have you an idea to resolve my issue ?

Hi Antoine,

To get the Book and Book Pages that you loaded from PPT to appear in the Learner View tab, you must create an Assignment record in Manager to assign the content to the users should should access the content. To do this:

1. Open Manager
2. Click on the Book object loaded from the PPT
3. Click on the Course tab in the top, middle part of the screen
4. Click the Add button to create a new Assignment for your course
5. Complete the Assignment details and click Save

Common Assignment information includes:

Caption - the name of the course in Learner View tab
Selected Identity - the group of Enable Now users to be assigned to the course. If all users should have access in Learner View tab, select the Learners role
Display As - select the portion of the course objects to be visible to the users in Learners View tab. Users will be able to see scoring information against the visible objects and navigate directly to them
Scoring Method - select Percentage Complete if you want users to be able to see which parts of the course that they have accessed
