Integration Employee Central to SAP

Hi all,

we are implementing Successfactors Employee Central, and we have to integrate it with the SAP HR system. We are executing the first test to send an employee hired in Employee Central to SAP system, we have a problem with the employee number.

Checking the SLG1 tcode, the system shows the following blocking error ' Personnel number 00000000 not permitted', any idea about the error cause? We have checked the mapping and setting seems ok, now we are really stuck of why this error occurred even we have set the employee number range as 'external' in SAP.
