Integration Center not fetching records - RCM Background check

Hi

We have set up the standard third party integration with our background check vendor.The background check runs successfully but integration center job keeps saying "No Records found for integration; job finished without generating any output " and candidates do not exit SF  to land up on the vendor dashboard.

What does the message indicate?Is there some config missing or is this a problem on the vendor's side?

Please can you help here.
