Dear all SAP experts,
I created the integration center and the customer request to have 2 rows of header.
I understood that there are two options for the header - simple header and advance header.
As I tested advance header, I cannot create double header( 2 rows) as customer request.
Plus I found this KBA it said custom header is not available for Integration Center for now.
Could you please confirm my understanding is correct the we cannot create double header for now?
Best Regards,
H.K.
Dear hsrivarasat,
For you have a double line header, the Integration Center job should be created as a Stacked/EDI file with three rows. The number of columns is determined by the number of fields that will be used.
An example of the layout is below (it is an example for an LMS case, so please ignore the LMS specifications and adapt to yours).
Here is a LINK to a sample video on how to create it. Please check it out and when creating adapt to your requirements.
I hope this helps!
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Karen Perez

Thank you! That is very helpful.
I found this KBA and I tested about double quote ("") in the system. To add double quote in each field, there is no problem except the "cust_createdDate" When I update the data type as "String" I cannot update the date format as I want. It seems like date format only available for "Date/Time" (see photo below)
Could you please confirm my understanding is correct?
Best Regards,

Good day!
Thank you for the reply. Your comment helps me a lot to understand the system more.
Sorry to bothering you. I found a new issue about EDI. Could you please take a look this URL below, when you have time?
