Integration Center: Inbound process for Employees

hello to Everyone,

we are working with Success Factors Integration Center.

Usually we implemented process in Outbound but in this case we must Implement a process in Inbound (for employee).

Anybody had similar experience or examples? any limitation? is possible use IC for Hire an employee?

From new hire perspective usually we follow SAP CPI approach for creating new hires.
