Integration between SM data model (candidate profile) with SAP HCM

Hello experts

I am trying to build an integration between candidate profile and SAP HCM so that when SM data model entries like education and experience ins entered by the candidate, it should also be flown to HCM once candidate becomes employee.

To my understanding, candidate fields like address, phone and names (one to one filed) integration is possible. SM integration is not possible

are you using standard add on for integration of recruiting data to SAP ERP?

you can definitely add additional fields, check the adhoc and import the metadata and you ll see fields which are available for mapping

during the hiring action we don't usually capture experience and education
