One of my accounts is working on an integration project which needs to integrate SuccessFactors Onboarding and a third party system. They need to customize WSDL file to realize the third party vendor writes business fields back to SuccessFactors.
They have raised a ticket to SAP (please see attached log file Incident: 40856 / 2020 - Integration issue about WSDL) but SAP said WSDL can’t be customized.
So currently their integration project got stuck due to SAP WSDL can’t be customized.
Kindly advise if there is any way to make it possible to customize WSDL file, which will help a lot in our future integration projects.
