Hi experts,
We are implementing SAP Successfactors Recruiting for our customer. However, they have already had their own career site so they do not need career site built from Career Site Builder.
Is there any method to integrate SAP Successfactors Recruiting with customer career site? We think of asking SAP to create a new Job Board which is our customer career site but SAP responds that it needs at least 3 customer requests to create a new Job Board.
Any comment about this case is highly appreciated.
Thank everyone!

Hi vuongdv.
It looks there is misunderstanding on one of the sides. At least 3 customers' requests are needed for SAP to add (build new integration) new Job Bord to the existing list in SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting.
"Is there any method to integrate SAP Successfactors Recruiting with customer career site?"
Yes, it is possible by building custom integration by a customer (not supported by SAP) - 2 methods are used, either OData API or scraping career site.

Hello Piotr,
Our customer also wants to integrate their external custom career site with Recruiting SAP SuccessFactors, this is due they have some validations on their own site that are not possible to be carried out in CSB.
Could you, please, indicate where we can find more information about how to do this integration?
Thank you in advance.
Regards Alfonso
Hi Alfonso,
SAP does not provide any documentation regarding custom integrations as we do not support them. It is that SAP SuccessFactors provides APIv2 (or v4) framework that allows building custom integrations, ref. to OData V2 HXM Reference Guide . There is nothing for scraping websites, at least I am not aware of such SAP tool - you need to search on the market.

Hello @vuongdv,
Usually my customer also have corporate site with their own career pages.
When they implement SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing career site, they generally prefer to keep their own career pages and have the RMK career site to just be responsible for listing the external job postings from SF Recruiting.
Then, they will have redirect buttons such as "View Job Opportunities" in their corporate career pages and direct browsers to the SF RMK Career site.
Best Regards
