We are planning to integrate SAP SuccessFactors into MS 365, and we would like to ask how the testing is done. We know that once we have enabled the basic integration and the other required setup, the SF app will be available to the target users in the Microsoft Teams app. However, we are not sure if each instance (e.g., test, development, and production) will have a different SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams. Please advise. Thank you!

There is only 1 SF App in MS Teams available, hence for each instance a dedicated setup on Entra is required to maintain the connection between SF and Microsoft.
You must map each SF tenant to a unique Entra tenant:
