Integrate Cost Centers and Payroll accounting with Employee Central Payroll

Would do you tell me if it´s correct that the Add-On: ODTFINCC 600 SP 10 or higher must be installed on the S/4HANA Cloud side in order to can integrate Cost Centers and Payroll accounting with Employee Central Payroll?
