Instance Refresh Tool and New Learning Experience in SuccessFactors LMS

Hello SAP Community,

We are planning an instance refresh for our SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) development and QA environments and have a few questions related to the process and the New Learning Experience:

1. Is a customer with VSaaS LMS eligible to use the Instance Refresh Tool (IRT)?
2. If eligible, can the tool be used for both BizX and LMS instances?
3. During the instance refresh (manual or via IRT), will the new custom contents (such as custom cards, pages, and banners) that are part of the New Learning Experience in the source system replace those in the target system?
4. Will the email notification templates in the source instance overwrite those in the target instance?
5. Any additional information or best practices related to the New Learning Experience and instance refresh would be greatly appreciated.
