Instance Refresh Pending transport

Hi Team,

We want to schedule instans refresh from PJ9 (Productive) to PJ8 (QA) with SAP_ALL profile but we want to know what happens with the pending transports and objects that stays in QA and aren´t in Productive yet.

On October 2023 we request the same instance refresh and apparently the objects that were in pending transports were executed again automatically and the version of those objects was not the same as in the productive environment.

We hope we have been clear with the doubt, if not please let me know to be more specific.

If I remember correctly, every time that our BASIS team did a copy of the Production environment (PRD) into the Development (DEV) or Quality and Testing (QAT) environments, the transports that had not yet been applied to PRD had to be reapplied to the copied environment (DEV or QAT).
