Inserted actions do not work anymore

Hello 

We are facing an issue with recordings in Sap Enable Now since this week. 

When you look at a demo, the clicks that are added after generating the simulation are in the left upper corner of the screen and not in the place we put them. It seems to be that it's only happening to the manually added clicks and not in the ones that are generated in the process of the recording. But before, it worked just fine for the added actions/clicks. 

Is this a known issue? Can we do something about it?

Hi Laura,

Yes, a number of people have now identified the same issue following the 2503 release of Enable Now.  Can you please raise a support ticket using Component ID KM-SEN-MGR and get Support involved.

The only thing that I can think of that might be worth a try in the short term until Support have a solution is to activate the previous version of the Trainer (content player).  To do that you should:

1. Open Manager as an Administrator
2. Open the Resources > Trainer section so that they can see all the Trainer objects
3. Click on the 10.8.10.5733 object
   
   
   
4. Click the Activate button in the top, right corner

That will make the last version of the content player as the active player, which was not causing issues.  It might not fix the problem or could introduce other issues but it is worth a shot until support can come up with a solution.  So, set the last version as active and test it.  If it seems to work OK, leave that version set as default until Support can provide a better solution.
