Dear SEN Support Team,
We are reaching out to request assistance in recovering the Root Parent, which was accidentally deleted. As a result, all content that was in our local Producer now appears as "Unclassified" in the Manager.
We attempted to resolve the issue by creating a new Root, but the material is still not displaying correctly. Could you please guide us on the proper procedure to restore the original Root and reorganize the content in the Manager?
We look forward to your response and appreciate your help in advance.
Best regards,

Hi Franco,
Looking at the two images in your question, I suspect that you have already restored the root group folder but it is now appearing in the "Unclassified" folder. If the image in Producer is up to date, I would do the following:
1. Click on the root group folder in Manager and click the Start Editing button. Having editing control in Manager will allow relationships to be written, which may result in the root group folder moving out of the Unclassified folder
2. If the root group folder is still sitting in the Unclassified folder, click on it. Once it is highlighted, drag it out of the unclassified folder and place it in position as a child of the overall Workspace object
3. Move any other folders that are out of place into the structure so that the structure is correct in Manager. You may have to get editing control of other folders to be able to move folders to new parent objects
4. Once the content structure is correct in Manager, click on the root group folder. Click the down arrow beside the More link and select Finish Editing All Objects. You should no longer have editing control in Manager
5. Open Producer, right click the root group folder and choose Server Bulk Actions > Update All Objects from Server
6. If the content structure, after loading, is still not correct in Producer, click on an object that has issues with one or more child objects and start editing the parent object. Once you have editing control of an object in Producer, the relationships to child objects can be written, if necessary
7. Once the structure now looks correct in Producer, right click the root group folder and select Server Bulk Actions > Finish Editing All Objects. You should never keep editing control of objects unless you are currently working on them.
Hope that helps.
Regards
Shane
