Hello all,

From all projects I am making from now on I would like to just create input text for practice mode bubbles and then have it automatically copied the same text in practice mode bubbles. How can I do that? I do want to do that just for projects that are in my group, not for whole workarea.

Hi Marco,

first I have seen that you have ask around 26 questions, out of this, around 13 are not marked as answered by you. It would be really nice if you could mark them as answered. 🙂

We have a customized script called "Harmonize Bubble Texts" usually you get this from your SAP Enable Now Consultant.

This script can be used to equalize demo and practice bubble texts. The user can specify the source (demo or practice). According to the source, all bubble texts will be the same after applying this script.

This works also on Group level.

You can provide me with an OneDrive Link and I will upload you the dkp file there.

But please remember to accept all other questions.

Best regards, Michael

Hi Marko,

For new Simulations, you can setup your authoring settings to only use text from either the demo or practice mode for both modes. This will not update existing Simulations but will impact new Simulations created after this time.

To modify your Workarea settings to use the text from one mode for both practice and demo modes:

1. Open Producer
2. Start editing the Resources > Adaptable Resources > Authoring Settings object
3. Double click the Authoring Settings object to open those settings
4. Open the Macro Initialization > Interactions section of settings
5. Click on one of the macros, e.g. Input Text, and change the Use Text From field to Practice mode if you want to use Practice mode text for both modes
6. Repeat for the other macros
7. Save the changes and synchronise them back to Manager

Regards
Shane
