input fields become read-only after check in cats WDA for some users

Hi,

We have an issue with our DE users where some of them get their input fields going from input to read only fields after hitting the check button.

This only happens for some of the DE users even though they have the same cats profile in parameters in SU01.

I have checked our user EXITS and these has no impact on this. and the other enhancements that we have in hress_c_cats are not doing this either.

The same user can change and insert in cat2 without problems.

Below is the issue:

first we insert a element and press enter - all is good and the delete button and the possibility to change the hours is there.
