At my company, we use SuccessFactors for Performance Management. Recently, a question came up regarding the possibility of directly integrating Self and Manager Review ratings data into the 360 Review process and reporting.
The issue: For Annual Performance Reviews, the employee (self) and their manager must each rate the employee's performance on 11 competencies. We want the same 11 competencies rated on the 360 Review, but we do not want the employee and manager to have to complete the same review twice, once for PM Annual Review and once for the 360.
We do like the 360 reporting capabilities (Gap Analysis, Hidden Strength and Blind Spot, etc.), so we would like the Self and Manager Review data included in the 360 process and reporting.
Is there some way to send data from Self and Manager Reviews into the 360 rating process so that people don't have to complete the same ratings twice? Thank you.

Thanks for your question.
We can understand that you want to integrate PMU Reviewing data into the detailed 360 report. So that once the self and manager have completed the PMU form, they can review on the 360 review for the same competencies already rated in PMU.
However, as checked with 360 MTR Eng. team, we do not have such a solution currently. It would require both PMU and 360 MTR modules to do the enhancement. Feel free to raise an influence request. We will further evaluate it.
