Infotype 0185 to made available in recruitment module PB30..

Dear Friends,

Infotype 0185 is only accessible in PA from PA30, but from PB30 we cannot create info type 0185, i check the table PM01 and try to assign to applicants but not able to assign it to Applicants.

Can anybody suggest me table where I can make this infotype accessible both in PB30 & PA30.

Have you added IT0185 in the infotype menu and added the right user group to the menu? For 0185 to be available in PB30 action, it should first be assigned in the Infotype menu for AP - Applicant Data. With this done, you should be able to maintain it in PB30.

I had tried using PB30 and able to create the record for all the 3 subtypes for that infotype 0185....

there needs to be some setting to be changed.. when i try to create from pb30 it gives infotype 0185 does not exist...

from table v_t582a im not able to make any changes..some settings needs to be changed..

Hi,

You will first needs to allow infotype to be used for PA and PB in PM01 and then create the entries in table mentioned.

May be currently it is only marked to use for PA and not PB.

mr.Ameet I already tried that im not able to do any modifications in that table v_t582a..we cannot check the option "apply to both PA & recruitment"

can anybody suggest the workaround..

Hi Ravi,

I think you can change it into table V_T582A. Please take technical consultant to change.

This is the place where Info type attributes will store.
