Incremental Load failing on WFA

WFA on Hana gives an "application error" message on module initation (please see screen shot attached)

Upon investigation, I noticed that the incremental load is failing (see screenshot and log attached)

Hi @Lola_Alao - the incremental load errored when building the key mapping table for Workforce fact, because of unique constraints violation.  I've checked the configuration on Workforce fact, Performance fact, and Succession - High Potential, specifically the type of fact table, field used as Primary Person ID, and join column on the Key mapping setting.  I don't find any issue with it. 

I am not sure what caused the error.  Below are my suggestions:

• I've purged the consumer cache in the back-end.  You can try to run incremental load again.
• The incremental load has been errored since 13 Jan 2025 and there were errors as well between 22 Nov 2024 - 3 Jan 2025.  I think it is best if you run initial load to fully process the data as it may have out of sync.  I think out of sync issue is why you get application error on the front-end site.

If nothing of the above works to solve the issue, please create support ticket so this can be investigated further.  Also, isOlapBackupMode parameter is not turned on for this instance.  I recommend asking support to turn it on (with the help of Engineering).
