The question below is resolved. We have relabelled the standard term "Roster" as "Attendance Sheet"
Thanks

Hi SAP Community
I am looking for some guidance for the issue below
Context: We are Transitioning one Agency's Learning solution from their SuccessFactors Instance to Our SuccessFactors Instance with scheduled Go-Live this month-end.
Issue Description: We found that the Default Instructor Role in our systems have inconsistent permissions.
Since this role is hard-coded and we cannot update it, we aren’t able to understand the cause of this inconsistency
Please refer to the screenshots below, for Our and the transitioning Agency SuccessFactors learning. The yellow highlighted permissions are common in both. The discrepancies
Our instance has the permission “Print attendance sheet” which is not in the Transitioning Agency's, However, their LMS LMS has the permission “Print roster”
We have also checked the available workflows in both system’s the Default Instructor role and didn’t find these roles there
Further, we also see a workflow/Permission "Run Class Roster Report" at Class entity in the Agency LMS, but we do not have any such workflow/ permission, in our LMS, (in the role ALL)
Question: We have NOT implemented Virtual Learning System, however, the other Agency has, hence we are ignoring the permission ‘Edit Virtual Learning Account”. Can that be the reason for the inconsistency?
Please advise on how to resolve this inconsistency or any possible workaround.
Our DEFAULT INSTRUCTOR Role (LAR0018 is the copied role from the DEFAULT INSTRUCTOR role)
The Transitioning Agency's Default Instructor Role
