Inconsistent data in ECPAO_QRY_ADM table

i'm working on configuring the replication of organization and employee master data from EC to S/4hana ERP on prem.

i'm running replication query of organizational object t-code: SFIOM_QRY_ORG_OBJ

and while checking SLG1 log i found below error:

Were you able to solve the issue? I am also getting a query "" is not properly formed error but can't find any solutions
