Inbound integration to update a record

Hi,

Does anyone know if we can use integration centre to configure an inbound integration to update a field on an employees record from a third party system?

Scenario is third party system generates its own unique ID. That unique ID needs to come back into SF onto the specific employee record in a particular field.

Any assistance appreciated.

Ok thank you. Do you have any links to Odata API resources please?

There is only 1 that integration center supports and that is via picking up CSV file from the SFTP. If the 3rd party cannot provide that, you'd have to do upserts straight via the Odata Api.
